Go Cindy! Go Cindy GOOOOOOO CINDY!!!

One of our Garage Girls will be competing in the USA Triathlon National Championships tomorrow in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Cindy Benedict will be swimming, biking, and running with the top athletes from all over the United States.  We know how hard you have worked the past 6 months now go out there and kick some grandma butt!!

This Sunday is the Florida Fun Fest 5k/10K at Glenmere Park in Florida, NY.  Jojo is the race director so come on out and support a great race.  Starts at 8:30am.
