Fallin' off the wagon!

One of our paleo participants had a very rough time yesterday.  It's ok, it happens to the best of us. We only have 10 days left so buckle down and commit for 10 days!

Just a few things about  the contest:

1.  Will will retest Helen on Thursday 8/29

2.  Last weigh in will be 8/30 before BBQ

3.  Journal with all food entries will be collected on Friday before BBQ.

4.  Winner will be announced on Sat 8/31
