Happy Thanksgiving

Reminder:  NO class Thursday 11/28 we will wod Friday at 4:00pm instead.

We will be picking our "Secret Santa" on Friday also.

Maybe we will have a surprise visit from I don't know JULES maybe???

The blog is baaaaack!!

We have way too many awesome things going on soooooo I am going to try to post at least once per week (unless Chet does something too good to pass up) to keep us all updated. It's been a while so get a cup of tea (NOT hard tea or beer or whatever you boys (Chet) drink these days) and enjoy the goings on!

Announcements;

Bike Class starts Saturday Jan 4th!! Classes are Sat at 10:00 and Tuesdays at 4:30 at Straubs in Goshen. If you have not registered please do it asap!

Thursday 11/28 is Thanksgiving NO classes. I will hold class Friday 11/29 at 4:00 instead. Chet you're more than welcome to attend seeing that you will most likely need the extra calorie burn!

We are going to have a Secret Santa this year at the PG!! We will pick names on Fri 11/29. Chet you're in!! Plan the songs now. We will have a get together in December after one of our classes. More info coming stay tuned!!

Jojo set a new PR at the NYC Marathon!!

3:57 with her new awesome paleo body!!

Jen Pfeiser ran a  half marathon PR at the Hambletonian marathon on 10/20. Not sure what the time was but woo hoo Jen!!

Our fiery red head is back from her surgery and doing her first race on Thanksgiving. She just got the green light that she's back to 100%. Go Rachel!!

Chelsea our resident "stud" competed in her first crossfit competition this past Saturday!!! She was awesome awesome awesome!!! 175# DL!!! Check it out!!

And last but certainly not least.....everybody's favorite PG athlete....our very own KATE also did her first crossfit competition!!!! I don't know about you guys but watching Kate was one of my proudest moments!! See for yourself!!

Ok I may have forgotten a few things but I will try to keep posting and updating and busting on Chet ad best I can. Speaking of which, "we would appreciate when you make a mess at 6:00 in the morning, you pick it up!!" WE do NOT clean up after you!
