Keeping the SMART principle in mind, think about what you want to accomplish this month and write it on the goal board!!
Here's two of mine:
Sweep and mop the PG floor 1/week on Fri or Sat night. I will keep a chart and make sure it's done!
Be able to perform a bar muscle up w/o a band before Halloween (Oct 31).

I have already seen you do a bar muscle up. it was fantastic.
